Please complete this enrolment form when you are ready for your Dancer to begin classes. Completion of the form will indicate a commitment to commence and be charged Term fees.

Enrolments are taken all throughout the year and terms fees are adjusted to how many weeks are left in the term (newly enrolling students only).
