Classes

Sydney North Dance offers classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Acro. Do one style or any combination.

Discounts are available for siblings and where multiple classes of the same style are taken each week.

Ballet Australasia Limited offers exams for Ballet, Jazz, and Tap and Sydney North Dance has a history of excellent results, with students receiving Honours on more than one occasion.

Our Dancers learn techniques against a syllabus across the year, as well as learning unique choreography to showcase to parents at our Demonstration Day and End of Year Concert.

Ballet

We teach the Ballet Australasia (BAL) syllabus from Junior classes through to Senior repertoire.

The Ballet classes here at Sydney North Dance are very popular. We teach your children a series of exercises and combinations and offer all levels from Preschool though to Senior Pointe.

Students can choose to work towards Exams or simply dance for fun.

Jazz

Fun, fast paced, and technically focused, our Jazz classes are great on their own or combined with other dance styles.

We offer Pre Primary through to Advanced Jazz levels.

Our Beginner Dancers (generally Kindy aged) can also do a Beginners Jazz and Tap combined class to introduce them to both styles of dance.

Exams are available but are not compulsory.

Contemporary

Our Contemporary classes allow dancers to express emotion through beautiful movement and technique, and tell a story on stage.

The classes that we offer here are: Junior, Intermediate & Senior

Hip – Hop

Our Hip-Hop classes at Sydney North Dance are where dancers learn a series of fast and up-beat dances, set to great music.
